All bedrooms & living areas have views over the ocean. Linen is supplied, and infant furniture is available at no extra charge. Right outside your door, there is a solar heated swimming pool, barbeque facilities, and a childrens play area (separated from the pool area by child proof fencing), cubby house, climbing net, slide & lawn area for games. There is ample storage for sports gear and off street guest car parking.
		The apartment is located on one and a half acres of regenerating bush, adjacent to the Bournda National park. The pristine beach is just a 200m easy walk. All of this in a quiet area just 7 minutes from the centre of Merimbula Dolphin Cove accommodation is rated 4 stars by AAA Tourism, the organisation that manages the star rating system for Australia's motoring organisations (RACV, NRMA, RACQ etc).
