This holiday house is situated only a 2 minute walk to Merimbula's shopping strip and is positioned on a huge block of land ideal for parking the boat, playing a game of footy or lounging around in the summer sun. Renovated in a bright coastal theme with plenty of character this house has a great feel for a summer holiday. 

The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, loungeroom, sunroom and kitchen. From the sunroom a large deck with BBQ and outdoor setting overlooks the gardens. The downstairs has been converted into a bedroom and bathroom with separate access.

Situated away from the house is the original garage which has been transformed into a sleeping area with Queen sized bed and lounge area for relaxing or reading a book.
