		This 3 storey superior property has uninterrupted views from all levels along Pambula Beach, all the way to Merimbula. The upper level contains the study, master bedroom, ensuite with spa and large walk-in robe. At night, the lights of Merimbula sparkle across the ocean as you sip your champagne in the spa. The middle level consists of two large separate living areas and kitchen, with views from every point. The family room and meals area are spacious and very comfortable and open out onto the balcony for optional outdoor dining, overlooking the sea. On the lower level there are two generous sized bedrooms, bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities and second lounge room. 		*Due to strict health standards, use of the six person spa will incur an additional cost of $120. This ensures that the spa is totally emptied, cleaned, refilled and treated before you arrive, by a spa professional. It will then be emptied and cleaned after you leave.
