HOLIDAY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tariffs
Tariffs are current and are subject to change without notice.
Deposits
To confirm your booking we require half the total value of your booking. If the booking is not paid by your deposit due date your booking will be automatically cancelled.
Balance
The balance of your accommodation must be paid prior to keys being issued. We only accept cash or credit card (visa, master card) upon check in. Late arrivals will need to pay this balance in advance.
Cancellations
If we are given more than 30 days notice of your cancelled holiday booking your deposit will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. If bookings are cancelled within the 30 day period no deposit will be refunded unless the property is re-let for the same tariff and same dates, in this case the deposit would be refunded less the $100 administration fee. The same policy applies for reduced stays. If you reduce the length of your stay giving more than 30 days notice your tariff will be adjusted accordingly. If you reduce the length of your stay giving less than 30 days notice of check in you will be charged the full amount. If we are able to re-let the property for the same dates for the same tariff your tariff will be adjusted accordingly.
Arrival and Departure
The property will be available for occupancy from 2pm on arrival day and are to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements are made with our office. Failure to vacate at the required time will incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s accommodation. Keys are to be returned to our office immediately upon check out. A credit card imprint will be taken on check in to cover any additional expenses incurred. The credit card used must be in the name of the person who signs our guest registration card.
Cleaning
Please assist by leaving the premises clean and tidy. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.
Damages
Guests are responsible for the loss or damage of fittings, fixtures and any items in the premises. Guests will also be responsible for the costs involved to repair lost or damaged keys or remotes.
Pets
Pets are not permitted into holiday accommodation. For houses that do allow pets a fee will be charged to cover pest control to be conducted upon your departure.
Functions/Gatherings
Strictly not permitted and penalties apply. The properties we manage are for holiday accommodation only. Functions of any sort are not permitted. Any type of function, party or get together will incur a minimum fee of $500. Immediate eviction will occur and no refund will be given. Any damages, breakages and additional cleaning will be charged.
Linen
Linen is not provided unless specified in the property features. The hire of linen can be arranged through our office.
Call out fee
Ensure you have your keys with you at all times. A call out fee of $50 will be charged if a staff member is required after hours. If the services of a locksmith are required this must also be paid by the tenant.
Office Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturday 9am - 3pm. Sunday 10am to 2pm in school holidays only. Our office is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day. Arrangement for the collection of keys outside office hours is to arranged prior to arrival.
Maximum number of guests
The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated when booking. Should you exceed this amount your booking will be terminated.
Damage, Loss or Theft of Tenants Property
No responsibility is accepted by either the agent or the landlord for guests’ personal property left on the premises. Landlord insurance does not cover the loss of tenant’s belongings.
Booking Conditions
Advance bookings are accepted by us in good faith on behalf of the property owner. We cannot however accept responsibility in the following circumstances – sale of property; increase in tariff; alteration of the property; malfunction of any inventory items; property withdrawn from letting; noise, inconvenience or loss of view caused by building construction on neighboring or nearby properties. Every attempt will be made to offer alternative accommodation in these circumstances.
Descriptions
The description of the premises by the agent is given in good faith and no responsibility for misinterpretation will be accepted. No refund is given if you are not satisfied with your accommodation.
